- ¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon Dijon mustard
- ¾ teaspoon fresh thyme leaves, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- ¾ teaspoon sea salt
- Pinch freshly cracked black pepper
- Combine all the ingredients in a jar or bowl and store covered in the fridge.
- Shake or stir before serving.
